About Us
The Owings Mills Youth Flag Football operates through the Owings Mills Recreation Council and abides by all rules and regulations of Baltimore County Recreation and Parks. The organization is dedicated to teaching football skills and strategy while also promoting the life skills of integrity, sportsmanship, perseverance and teamwork.

Fees:
$85 for kids 5-18 years of age

- Mouth Guard - Provided by Parent
- Footballs - Included in Fee
- Cleats - Provided by Parent

5-18 (age as of 5/1/2026)

Discounts:
Coaches Coupon: One child of the coach plays for free.
Season:
April 13th to June 26th, 2026
No refunds will be issued after the first week of practice. Any refund which is issued will be subject to a $20 administrative fee.
