Overlea Raiders Football is a non-profit youth football organization serving northeast Baltimore County & surrounding areas. We are a member of the Overlea Fullerton Rec Council.

About Us

Welcome to the new era of Overlea Youth Football lead by all NEW leadership.  Our commitment is to the development and success of our youth. Our goal is to help every athlete not only become an exceptional football player but also to grow into a disciplined, well-rounded, and academically successful ELITE student-athlete. 

We believe in leading with integrity, transparency, accountability, and strong moral values.

Our vision is to transform the Overlea Youth Football Organization into a model of excellence—an elite program built on strong character, education, teamwork, and dedication. Together, we will develop athletes who are not only skilled on the field but also confident, responsible, and successful in life.

We offer both full contact (tackle) and semi-contact (flag) activities to achieve the above goals. We will also offer a variety of non-football activities to engage our families and communities off the field.

Football Programs

Fall Flag and Tackle ages 5-14

• Each player needs to provide mouth guard, cleats, athletic sports cup and padded practice pants.  

Registration Cost

Flag $105 / Tackle $210  Early Bird registration (until March 1, 2026)
Flag $125 / Tackle $230  Registration (starting March 2, 2026)

Registration Fundraiser

We require all families to participate in our fund a day calendar fundraiser. Once your athlete is fully registered you will receive your calendar. Once your calendar is complete you will receive a refund check in the total amount paid for registration giving you FREE REGISTRATION!!!

Team placement is based on a player’s age as of September 1.

Age groups are:
Flag Football - 5/6
Tackle Football - 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, and 14U

Players are required to provide a government issued photo ID as proof of age. Examples of acceptable IDs are: Maryland State ID card, Military id or a passport. Maryland state ID cards can be obtained at any Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration office.

Once an age group roster has been filled, additional players will be placed on a waiting list. If a position opens on an existing team, a player can be moved to the active roster. If enough players for an age group are placed on the waiting list, a second team will be formed. There is no registration fee when a player is placed on the waiting list. A fee is only required when a player is assigned to an active roster.

Equipment Information

The following equipment is included in the price of registration padded game pants, game jersey, RENTAL helmet, and RENTAL shoulder pads. Helmet and shoulder pads must be returned at the conclusion of the LAST GAME of the season of each team.

Volunteers

Volunteers are always welcomed and MUST submit a background check prior to volunteering.
