FURTHER NOTE

1) NERRC Summer Session Schedule Conflicts with County

The NERRC Summer session (6/01–8/31) overlaps with three different County session dates, which creates some conflicts with the County’s schedule.

County’s Yearly Session Dates

Fall: 8/1–11/15; Winter: 11/16–2/29; Spring: 3/1–6/15; Summer: 6/16–7/31

For the County’s Summer session (6/15/2026–7/31/2026 ), players listed on the Spring Roller list  ( 3/1-6/15 ) are eligible for free play. Therefore, to ensure all our summer players benefit from this, they should be included in the Spring Roller list for 3/1–6/15/2026. This will also help us avoid the $25 per player charge for the period 6/1–6/15/2026, as the NERRC summer courts are available beginning on 6/1/2026.

Additionally, the County’s Fall session (8/1/2025–11/15/2025) includes the month of August, which overlaps with the end of our NERRC summer session (ending 8/31/2025). As a result, we will also submit our summer court player list for the County’s Fall session.

We apologize for any confusion this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to align our schedules with the County’s requirements.
