Program Information

The North Carroll Colts are affiliated with the North Carroll Recreation Council and are a full-contact youth football and cheerleading club that was formed in 2019 and are based in Manchester, Maryland. It is designed to offer area children the opportunity to not only play football or cheer but to be part of something special. The North Carroll Colts pride itself on not only teaching the X's and O's of football or cheer but we believe in building character in our athletes and relationships with our families. We reward our athletes for academic achievement and present character development traits each week which we believe reinforces wholesome values and builds camaraderie throughout our entire program.

Refund Policy

Spring Flag Football: Full refunds (100%) are offered prior to March 31, with no refunds after that.

Fall Tackle Football: Full refunds (100%) are offered prior to July 15, half refunds (50%) through August 15, no refunds after that. 

Any refund which is issued will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee. Medical exceptions may be considered IF put in writing by your physician.
