The Hereford Zone Recreation and Parks Council serves the northern Baltimore County area with a wide variety of activities for children and adults. The HZRPC is a non-profit organization qualified under IRS section 501(c)(3).

ADULT INDOOR PICKLEBALL SEASON BEGINS March 1, 2026!

The Hereford Rec Program in now offering Adult Indoor Pickleball for individuals 40 yrs of age or older.  Whether you want to keep things light and less serious or put your skills to the test with advanced play, we’ve got you covered.

(Age determined as of August 1, 2026.)

Cost: $50 per person per session (regardless of registration for beginners or advanced)

We play indoors at Hereford High School in the Gymnasium.

Program Starting 03/01/2026 and running every Sunday through 05/17/2026.

Pickleball Offerings*:

• Beginners League
• Intermediate/Advance League

*All Programs have limited participation. We will be taking only 25 players for each league. You may be placed on waitlist if program is full. The commissioner will have the right to assign players to the appropriate league if it is determined that an individual is playing at an inappropriate level.

We will supply the nets, balls, and a few paddles. We recommend you bring your own paddle, please come to the league with some knowledge of the game. The program will be offering clinic instruction throughout the season. Stay tuned for details.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given up to the first day of the league play, minus $10 for expenses and fees resulting from registration.
