CMRC Girls Summer Basketball Details

We’re excited to kick off another summer of basketball! This year’s format is a little different, please read below.

Registration:
$60 - includes a t-shirt/jersey for each girl

When:
Tuesdays and Thursdays June 25th thru July 30th, 2026

Where:
Jacksonville Rec Center (Sweet Air Park)
3605 Sweet Air Road, Phoenix, MD 21131 (Next to the Senior Center)

Clinic Days/Times (the registration fee includes both Tuesday and Thursday):

Tuesdays

• 5:30–7:00 PM — Girls going into 3rd–5th grade
• 7:00–8:30 PM — Girls going into 6th–9th grade

These sessions will include:

• 45-60 minutes of skills training — focusing on the fundamentals of the game
• 30-45 minutes of pick-up style games — girls will call their own fouls and play for fun!

Thursdays, 6:00–7:30 PM — All grades

These sessions will include a brief skills/warm-up session followed by pick-up style games.

Coaches will be present but will take a hands-off approach during games to encourage independence, decision-making, and confidence on the court.

No pressure to attend every week!
Each session is structured so players can jump in at any time and still grow their skills and have fun.
