Program Details

The CMRC Adult Volleyball Program is a Co-Ed, recreational league designed for adults who enjoy playing volleyball in a fun, welcoming environment.

Games are played in a 6-on-6 format, with substitutions rotating in to ensure everyone gets time on the court. The structure is free play, focused on friendly competition, positive energy, and an enjoyable experience for participants of all skill levels.
