Program Details

The CMRC Adult Volleyball Program is a Co-Ed, recreational league designed for adults who enjoy playing volleyball in a fun, welcoming environment.

Games are played in a 6-on-6 format, with substitutions rotating in to ensure everyone gets time on the court. The structure is free play, focused on friendly competition, positive energy, and an enjoyable experience for participants of all skill levels. The current season is intermediate.

Requirements
* Must be 18 years or older as of the first date of the session
* Prior volleyball experience recommended to support safe and enjoyable play
