Program Description

Zumba® is a dance fitness class with Latin and World Rhythms! It feels like a journey around the world in Dance. Zumba® mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party! Once the once the music takes over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Come dance with us!
